  • Is it difficult to change accountants?

    The obvious answer is No. To move your services to us, all you need to do is just notify your current accountant and give them permission for your records to be passed over to us. Now, you leave everything to us, and we will do the rest.

  • Will I be in a contract with you?

    No, there is no minimum or maximum contract term with us. This means you can stay with us as much as you like and can leave us anytime. We would like our clients to stay with us because they want to stay with us not because they have contractual obligation to stay with us.

  • will I get the fixed annual price for all the services that my company would require for the accountancy tax matters?

    Yes, we agree fixed annual price for all the required services and take payment through monthly standing order in order to help your business with the cash flow so that you will not have surprised amount of invoice to pay at the end of year.

  • Do I need to set up a limited company?

    Yes and No – it depends on the total taxable income and other factors. There are other things to consider apart from the tax implications such as protection from limited liability. We can help you to examine whether you should trade through limited company.

  • Do I need to visit your office?

    No, you do not need to visit our office. We can arrange all meetings over the phone and video calls. All documents can be sent to us either by post, email, or upload into our online cloud system. However, if you still want to see us in person, you are more than welcome to visit our office.

  • What is the VAT registration threshold?

    Businesses with taxable turnover of more than £85K must register for the VAT. However, businesses with lower turnover can also opt in for the voluntary VAT registration. Please contact us for more details.
